How to Colonize an Asteroid
At this point, we will need to direct a large part of the colony's resources toward building more mirrors. The more energy we can collect and focus for cutting rock, the faster we can carve out the interior of the asteroid - and the better our overall chances for survival. We should be able to find the majority of the materials we need for this process in the materials being removed from the ongoing cutting of the main shaft.
